Made of solid 3/4" thick wood. Big 8.5" x 11.5" plaque. The graphics are permanent vinyl. The background is an off-white chalk color that has been distressed then sealed. All clear coated for a lifetime of display without chipping or peeling. The edges are routed for a traditional or rustic look. Remember though, the whole sign is clear coated with several layers of matte varnish, so nothing will chip off in time.
